Terrible customer service

I have inquired with this company for over a month about a defective scooter to no avail. I get vague responses and am still here with a broken device that I am still making payments on through purchase power. I was told to reach out to purchase power about a warranty and purchasing power keeps referring me back to windhorse. Due to the lack of ease in communication l, I will NEVER purchase a windhorse product again. This has been a horrible and frustrating experience. I don’t recommend this model as it stopped charging two months into use and nobody will assist
