Limited Warranty and Policy on Replacement Procedures & Responsibilities
(This warranty is only applicable in the United States.)
This Limited Warranty ("Warranty") is issued by Windhorse. It applies to the products listed below purchased in the U.S. and is provided at no extra charge. Your rights under this Warranty are in addition to (and separate from) your legal rights as a purchaser, which may vary by state in the United States. This Warranty does not affect these rights.
Before your first ride, carefully review the manual(s) included with your Product. They contain critical safety instructions, assembly guidance, and maintenance details.
As outlined below, Windhorse warrants its products for a limited period from the date of original retail purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, provided the Product is used normally and in accordance with Windhorse’s published guidelines. These guidelines include (but are not limited to) technical specifications, user manuals, and official service updates. "Original retail purchase" refers to the first purchase of a new Product from an authorized Windhorse retailer or directly from Windhorse. Some warranty benefits may be transferable to subsequent owners (see details below).
Windhorse 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a full refund through your original authorized purchase channel.
Important Notes:
1. All original accessories must be contained in the box
2. Non-quality problems, return shipping costs need to be borne by the customer
The Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective lithium-ion battery (the “battery”), frame, saddle, brakes, lights, pedals, motor, throttle, controller, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, charger, Brake discs and hardware (each a “covered component”). The covered components are warranted to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during the Warranty Period.

Due to the problem of battery life and capacity, we need to send it back to our after-sales office for detection. |
Warranty Labor
You will not be charged for labor incurred in the processing of Warranty for one month from the original retail purchase date.
Post-Warranty Repair Policy (After 30 Days)
For products requiring full bike repair after the initial 30-day period:
1. Customer Responsibilities:
o Return shipping costs to our service center
o Labor charges for diagnostics and repairs
2. Windhorse Covers:
o Return shipping of the repaired bike to customer
o Replacement parts (if covered under warranty terms)
Warranty Terms & Conditions
To qualify for warranty coverage, you must provide dated proof of original retail purchase (receipt/invoice) to Windhorse. This requirement applies to both the original purchaser and any subsequent owners. Windhorse reserves the right to restrict warranty service to the country where the product was originally purchased.
Warranty Service Includes:
· Repair of the defective product,
· Replacement with the same or most comparable available model (subject to inventory availability; exact parts/colors may vary)
Important Conditions:
1. Return Requirement: If a replacement is issued, the original product must be returned to Windhorse before the replacement is shipped.
2. Shipping Coverage: Windhorse covers all shipping costs for warranty-related returns and replacement deliveries.
3. Documentation: All warranty claims must include
o Proof of purchase
o Photos/videos clearly showing the defect
Uncovered Items
This Warranty is void under the following circumstances and does not apply to damage caused by any of the following occurrences:
· Improper assembly or installation
· Crash, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use
· Corrosion
· Improper alteration or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the Product
· Failure to perform maintenance or service at appropriate intervals in accordance
