The customer service was great had an issue with the neck and the display got broken in the process, the agent was kind and helpful and the support team were able to send me part to fix the issue in no time

Received bike, but display was cracked

Received bike, but display was cracked. I called customer service was asked a few questions and to send a picture of the cracked display. I received the replacement part in about a week and a half.
