I have repeatedly contacted to get help with my bike the battery doesn't hold a charge the battery only last 2.4 miles. I don't get a charged batter in the recommended time of charging so I have to charge for 17 to 20 hours just to make it to work. But I'm pedaling most of the way because the battery dies. I work 3.9 miles away from where I live. I contacted was told I would hear from the maintenance guy the same day I talked to customer support but that was last week and I still haven't heard from them. Customer support has been ignoring my calls and hanging up on me without talking to me. I do not recommend buying from these people clearly they scam people out of their money and give faulty crap to people. I want a refund or for them to fix what they fucked up on my bike
The bike is amazing my granddaughter loves it the people at the company that an amazing job she's gotten so many compliments on it
I purchased the Windhorse W3 more than a month ago and it doesn't work for more than 10 or 15 minutes and dies. I contacted the seller and sent multiple videos. They ordered a part from China that said would fix the problem, but the part arrived with no instructions. I have sent multiple emails asking for support or where I could take the bike to have the part replaced and they have not replied to any of the emails in the past week. So I feel like I've wasted $300 for a bike I cannot ride and don't know how to fix. It's very disappointing.
Great value/simple to assemble/little wobbly to ride
I like everything about the enike. Great to ride on not too fast or slow.
