The WINDHORSE Peak 680W Electric Scooter with Seat, is exactly what my granddaughter needed to get back & forth, to & from work!!! It is everything it is advertised to be, and our granddaughter gets loads of compliments on just how cute her yellow Windhorse Electric Scooter with Seat, is. Sometimes it's dark when she makes the 1 1/2 mile drive home. Streetlights illuminate her route, and the Scooter's headlight is very bright, so she's easily spotted as she heads down the street. We added reflector strips along the scooter's sides, front and rear, just to be safe, since we knew that she'd be riding home at night, I don't know that we actually needed to do that. It just gave us "peace of mind". The rear reflector which is already on the bike's basket, is very effective. We've only had the scooter for a short time, but I can tell you that it's made a huge difference in our lives. We will still provide transportation for her when it rains, (which is fairly uncommon in our Southwest desert area), but the Windhorse has finally given our 22-year-old granddaughter convenience and independence, and she LOVES IT!!! Best of all, in our state and area, she does not need a driver's license, vehicle insurance or vehicle license to use her scooter for street-use!!! AWESOME!!! We highly recommend The WINDHORSE Peak 680W Electric Scooter with Seat!!!

I must say...this is my favorite bike and this is my first e-bike. I highly recommend watching some YouTube videos about how to ride an e-bike if you don't have any e-bike experience. I did my research before I got on the bike. Safety is always first and I didn't want to have an accident. I have not fallen off of a bike since my younger years and I was not about to start that back. :-) This bike has great speed and I like using all 3 methods of riding (i.e. classic, peddle-assist, and electric modes). You can get a good workout on this bike if you incorporate peddling. I already have 7 family members and friends who are looking into getting a bike for themselves. Oh, the shipping method was super quick. I ordered the bike on a Wednesday and I received it the following Sunday. The original delivery date was the following Friday and I got it before that.

Upon arrival, the box had a hole in it and the saddle was cut by something sharp during shipment. I contacted Windhorse and they responded that same day. The new saddle is on it's way. A complaint was filed against FedEx for the issue. It was not Windhorse's fault, so I did not fault them on that. They couldn't control the delivery process when it was in route to me.

I give them five stars because the bike is awesome and it's a very sturdy and good quality bike. I like the fact that they are located in the U.S. This provided me with a peace of mind. Their customer service is excellent. I highly recommend getting one of their bikes. Thank you Windhorse! I look forward to doing more business with you.

The box that my scooter came in was obviously run through with a forklift. I could tell, through the hole in the box, that the scooter was very scratched up. I reported this to Amazon, who in turn notified the seller that I wanted to exchange it for one that wasn't scratched. I waited over a week and got no response from the seller. Today, I unboxed it, put it together and tried riding it. Everything was ok, except for the huge scratch. I decided to keep it since everything worked. I didn't want to deal with the runaround any longer. I bought 2 of these, and except for the damage they are great. I really love them. Pull that throttle back and it has plenty of get up and go. Can't wait for me and my wife to take them camping.

Specifically bought this scooter because it said the weight limit was 300lbs. Everywhere in the ad said 300lbs. When it arrived, everything said weight limit 265lbs. This is a major red flag for me.

Honestly thinking about returning it. False advertising for sure. Be wary.
