The replacement wire worked

The replacement wire worked... however I have a slight issue with the legnth of the wires and brake lines for the collapsible handle bar. Leaves it tight for when unfortunate things like the bike falling over and being tugged on. Will communicate with you guys on some other things I found directly (I'm a senior tech for a slightly large same day delivery company, so I seen a few things that definitely caused the wire to break like it did l😅)

The fact they literally added the part I needed to the website the day I inquired about it says everything. My ebike was delivered 2 days before expected. There was a small slit in the seat. I reported it immediately and sent a picture. A replacement seat was sent out within a couple days thank you Windhorse for standing behind your product. I love my ebike.
