Shipping

At Windhorse, we currently only ship to addresses within the United States. Our warehouse is located in California, ensuring quick and reliable delivery to our customers across the country.

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (7 days): This is our default shipping method, and it is free of charge. Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping (3 days): If you need your electric bike sooner, we offer express shipping for an additional fee of $50. With this option, your order will be prioritized and delivered to you within 3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or requirements. That's why we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

If you wish to return your electric bike, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Simply contact our customer support team at support@windhorse.com, and they will guide you through the process.

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • The electric bike must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged and sent back to our warehouse within the specified timeframe.

Warranty

At Windhorse, we stand behind the quality and durability of our electric bikes. That's why we offer a 1-year warranty on all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions.
