Got my C3 Max today, I have to say, I'm impressed. I had a different brand before that was just for standing on with 10" wheels, the 16" wheels provide a much smoother ride. My dog seems to like it too. Getting him in the first time was a bit tricky but once we got moving he settled right down. It would take us an hour to walk to the dog park with him sniffing and peeing on everything, it was 5 minutes on the scooter. There's plenty of power, it climbs hills just fine. My other scooter I had to break the law and overspeed to build momentum for hills.
Love it! Lots of storage for a shopping trip.
Great scooter, fun and easy to ride. The only reason for 4 stars not 5, because I like the C3 a lot, is because it doesn't have quite enough power for even smaller hills. I have to use my feet to get up a small hill in my neighborhood. But aside from that it's a great product
My girlfriend’s mom was riding the C3 MAX and was hit by a car and the little basket saved her leg. She’s alright. The little scooter on the other hand has a bent front rim, some bent foot pegs, and the speedometer/throttle is broken. Overall a great quality product and plan on buying another one soon.
Good for gig work
The Windhorse C3 is a great piece of equipment!!!I.It'ssturdy and quick! It can reach 22 mph from start of 1city block to the end of the block. It gets up and goes!! Great brakes and great suspension! Highly recommend this model for getting around town and small shopping needs as well as transporting a child as it has a back independent seat!!!
The price step up from the base model only makes sense if your ride is long. For me at 13 miles each way, it clearly does.
School run every weekday since June. Battery still holds the same range and nothing has needed service.
Priced out cargo e-bikes and they start much higher. For flat-city hauling this does the same job for a fraction.
Cheap scooters die in a season. This is the first one I've owned that feels like it was built to a standard rather than a price.

Preload setting is explained with actual numbers rather than 'adjust to preference'. Set it for my weight on day one.
We were looking at a bike plus a child trailer. This came in well under and takes up a quarter of the space.
Bolt on one anchor point wasn't torqued. Caught it during setup and tightened it myself in a minute. Everything else was right.
Internal bracing held everything. I could tell the packaging was engineered rather than just foam thrown in.
Very powerful and perfect for commute on a hilly campus. It gets me to and from in a matter of minutes, I haven't been late to class since I got it. I did have some trouble with the delivery itself but the support team was quick to help.
Footprint folded is genuinely small. Nobody at the office has complained about it being in the way.
Nothing has rattled loose, no deck flex developing, welds look the same as day one.
Caught a shower on the way home with her aboard. No slipping, no electrical issue. We both got wet, that's on me for not checking radar.
I’ve only had the opportunity to ride this a couple times. So far, so good! Seems solid. Lots of fun! Was an impulse purchase and I am so happy I did it! Talked a friend into buying one too.
Good bad and ugly
Tread pattern actually sheds water. Crossed a few metal covers in rain and never felt the rear step out.
Wanted the actual deck rating before loading it heavy. Got a straight answer with the figure rather than marketing language.
6 and 9, one at a time. Seat adjusts enough that both are comfortable and neither feels cramped.
Stiffer than my last scooter. Good for rigidity, slightly awkward when you're holding a bag in the other hand.
Light rain on smooth asphalt and it tracked fine. I slowed for painted lines like I would on anything.
