Why it just works

Designed around how people actually ride.

Removable rear seat

Removable rear seat

A padded rear seat carries a child or second rider — and lifts out with the included tools when you'd rather haul cargo.

Front storage basket

Front storage basket

The integrated front basket takes groceries, a backpack or a small pet, so daily errands don't need a second trip.

Front & rear suspension

Front & rear suspension

Spring suspension at both ends soaks up curbs, cracks and speed bumps — noticeably smoother than single-suspension scooters in its class.

Three speed modes

Three speed modes

Three modes — 9.3, 15.5 and 20 mph — let new riders start gentle and open up when they're ready.

How it rides
01/02
  1. 01

    500W motor

A 500W motor pulls two riders and daily cargo up to 20 mph and handles neighborhood hills with ease.

  2. 02

    Adjustable seat & bars

The seat and handlebar both adjust up and down in seconds, so the C3 fits shorter and taller riders alike — dial in a relaxed, upright fit.

Power & control

Confident power.
Total control.

A 48V/10Ah pack drives the 500W motor, while three speed modes and dual disc brakes keep every ride easy to manage — ideal for new riders and family use.

Fun, easy to use scooter

Great scooter, fun and easy to ride. The only reason for 4 stars not 5, because I like the C3 a lot, is because it doesn't have quite enough power for even smaller hills. I have to use my feet to get up a small hill in my neighborhood. But aside from that it's a great product

My girlfriends mom was riding the C3 MAX and was hit by a

My girlfriend’s mom was riding the C3 MAX and was hit by a car and the little basket saved her leg. She’s alright. The little scooter on the other hand has a bent front rim, some bent foot pegs, and the speedometer/throttle is broken. Overall a great quality product and plan on buying another one soon.

The Windhorse C3 is a great piece ofEquipment

The Windhorse C3 is a great piece of equipment!!!I.It'ssturdy and quick! It can reach 22 mph from start of 1city block to the end of the block. It gets up and goes!! Great brakes and great suspension! Highly recommend this model for getting around town and small shopping needs as well as transporting a child as it has a back independent seat!!!

Manual's torque spec table was actually genuinely useful

Most assembly manuals skip torque values but this one lists them clearly for each bolt, made me more confident tightening things properly.

T
Tariq Reyes
No rust spots after a summer of leaving it half-covered outside

It only has a tarp over it, not a full shed, and after a humid summer the frame still looks clean underneath.

Great value next to the pricier cargo scooters I compared

Cross-shopped two more expensive family scooters and honestly this does what we need for hundreds less.

F
Fatima Duarte
Great daily driver for our two-adult-one-dog household

Both my partner and I ride it through the week depending on schedule and it handles our different weights without any adjustment fuss.

E
Elena Mensah
Support helped me pick the right size lock accessory

Asked which cable lock would actually fit through the frame properly and got a specific model recommendation instead of a generic answer.

Kid's seat installs and removes in under a minute

We only need the extra seat two days a week for school pickup, and being able to pop it on and off quickly without tools has been genuinely useful.

F
Fatima Whitfield
Setup took less time than the coffee I made after

Unboxed it on a Saturday morning, handlebar and pedals went on with the included tool in under 20 minutes. Battery was already charged enough for a short first ride.

Rear rack held a cooler and beach chairs without flexing

Loaded it up more than I probably should have for a beach trip and the frame didn't feel like it was straining under the weight.

L
Leila Winter
Handled a rocky fire road better than I thought for the extra weight

Was worried the bigger frame would feel unwieldy off pavement but the suspension kept it composed.

P
Priya Castellano
Wider stance genuinely helps with the dog basket balance

Upgraded from the regular C3 specifically for this and it's noticeably more stable carrying my dog compared to the smaller model.

Lucas Duarte
Box arrived a bit beat up but the bike was untouched

Corner of the shipping box was crushed, had a moment of panic, but everything inside was padded well and there wasn't a scratch on the frame.

Great little runabout for my apartment complex

Small footprint, folds under my desk at the leasing office where I work part time. Doesn't feel cheap despite being this compact.

Customer service made a warranty claim painless

Bigger footprint still fits our garage corner fine

Was worried the larger frame wouldn't fit where our old scooter used to sit, but it slots into the same spot without any rearranging.

Wystan Okafor
Folds small enough to tuck under my office desk during the workday

Genuinely convenient being able to bring it inside and store it out of the way instead of locking it up outside all day.

E
Emeric Fontana
Fits perfectly in our narrow side-yard storage spot

Was worried about the width with the extra seat attached, but it tucks into our narrow storage area just as easily as our old single-seat scooter did.

A
Anselm Roka
Cargo rack folds down enough that storage isn't a hassle when not in use

Doesn't take up much more space than a regular scooter when I'm not actively hauling something on it.

Support was responsive when my charger port felt loose

Reached out about a slightly wobbly charging port, they had me try a few things and when that didn't fix it, sent a replacement part quickly.

Cold snap barely touched our usual range

We kept up our regular errand routine through a cold week and didn't notice a meaningful drop in how far we could go before charging.

Noticed a modest range dip during colder mornings but nothing that disrupted my usual daily use.

Battery range barely dipped during a cold snap we had

Was worried about a week of colder mornings hurting the range for our commute, but it stayed close to normal the whole time.

Yes. The C3's padded rear seat lifts out with the included tools, so you can carry a passenger one day and switch the rear to a cargo setup the next — it's built to flex around how you ride.

The C3 is designed for one adult plus a young child on the padded rear seat. If you need room for two adults, the larger C3 Max adds an extended rear seat and a 16-inch setup.

Up to 25 miles per charge — plenty for school runs, commutes and neighborhood errands. Real range depends on rider weight, terrain and speed mode.

Yes. Three speed modes (9.3 / 15.5 / 20 mph) let you start gentle and build confidence, and dual disc brakes plus front & rear suspension keep every ride smooth and controlled.

The handlebar folds down so the C3 tucks into a hallway, car trunk or apartment corner between rides.
