The basket is a little small for a medium dog, and the accelerator can feel overly sensitive.
Yes this is a cute pet scooter, but make sure your dogs also in a leash coz my dog was not use to then he jumps when he sees other people. Otherwise it’s a good pet scooter. And I had fun to use it for my 3 dogs
It's perfect for commute on a large campus. My school is very hilly but I haven't been late to a single class since I got my c3, I can get to and from within minutes. It pays for itself already with the money I've saved.

Got my C3 Max today, I have to say, I'm impressed. I had a different brand before that was just for standing on with 10" wheels, the 16" wheels provide a much smoother ride. My dog seems to like it too. Getting him in the first time was a bit tricky but once we got moving he settled right down. It would take us an hour to walk to the dog park with him sniffing and peeing on everything, it was 5 minutes on the scooter. There's plenty of power, it climbs hills just fine. My other scooter I had to break the law and overspeed to build momentum for hills.

Great scooter, fun and easy to ride. The only reason for 4 stars not 5, because I like the C3 a lot, is because it doesn't have quite enough power for even smaller hills. I have to use my feet to get up a small hill in my neighborhood. But aside from that it's a great product
My girlfriend’s mom was riding the C3 MAX and was hit by a car and the little basket saved her leg. She’s alright. The little scooter on the other hand has a bent front rim, some bent foot pegs, and the speedometer/throttle is broken. Overall a great quality product and plan on buying another one soon.
Good for gig work
The Windhorse C3 is a great piece of equipment!!!I.It'ssturdy and quick! It can reach 22 mph from start of 1city block to the end of the block. It gets up and goes!! Great brakes and great suspension! Highly recommend this model for getting around town and small shopping needs as well as transporting a child as it has a back independent seat!!!
Second purchase. First one was for my wife. After having a blast with her, I needed one for myself! Total blast. You won't regret it
It rides very smoothly, it is perfect for a quick commute around town. The battery lasts a long time, only used 2 bars of the battery on a 1 hour straight ride, which it could have lasted longer. I do wish the seating was a little bit more comfortable for longer rides (over 1 hr), but for a short ride it does not bother me comfort wise. The front petals and removeable basket are nice. I actually keep a cooler in the basket and use it as a trunk almost. It does not take a long time to charge either. Pretty decent for the price
Great bike. Very useful and easy to handle.
Easy assembly. A little too high center of gravity for me but ok for my wife who will ride it. One complain is that the throttle is a bit too peppy - I have toned it down but if you go over too big a bump or repositioning it for a reason while it is on...the throttle is easy to accidentally turn and the scooter can get a way from you - a bit scary.
I would suggest less of a jumpy start and either a half throttle grip or a thumb grip to keep you from accidentally hitting the throttle. Otherwise, no complaints.
Fun to ride. Very easy to assemble, and had a little battery life to test out. First purchase so, works great so far
I have had mine almost a week now and so far so good! After two terrible experiences with other bikes from different companies I’m so glad this one works. I’m 5’3 about 130 lbs and this scooter is perfect size. You definitely won’t go 40 miles on the fastest mode but battery life has been good.
I think this scooter is defective. it's making a weird noise from motor. this is my third scooter I buy, meaning the other two work great C3 and D1

Packaged beautifully, seems sturdily constructed, rides well. Manual for assembly sadly lacking. I needed help and it wasn't helpful. Had to ask the man who works for me to complete the assembly. A bit of a learning curve with the accelerator-wish it were not so sensitive but I am enjoying it very much.
I had a really good experience ordering this scooter, and the shipping was incredibly fast. Out of the box, the Windhorse C3 itself is a really good scooter, but after using it for a while, there are a few important things to consider depending on how you plan to use it.
I bought this scooter because I currently cannot afford a car, and I needed an affordable way to take my child to school without breaking the bank. While it gets us from point A to point B, I have run into several design issues. First, the adjustable handlebar never stays up; after putting it higher, it always slides right back down. Second, the saddle is quite uncomfortable for longer rides. Lastly, the driver's pedals are never secure and constantly move around while I am riding.
My biggest concern is that I usually feel quite unsteady on the scooter. This is especially true when I have my child on the passenger seat. Even though she weighs less than 80 pounds, I can feel every single slight move she makes right in the back of the scooter, which makes balancing difficult.
The scooter is a decent budget option, but the company should really consider making a family-friendly trike version in the future to offer better stability for parents.

The price step up from the base model only makes sense if your ride is long. For me at 13 miles each way, it clearly does.
School run every weekday since June. Battery still holds the same range and nothing has needed service.
Priced out cargo e-bikes and they start much higher. For flat-city hauling this does the same job for a fraction.
